Biscuit's Little Brother

You are full of energy! You are always jumping, bouncing, digging with your diggers or playing with tools. You are incredibly physical and love to engage physically.  You have been more cautious recently- asking mommy and daddy to slow down while driving (not just when we are speeding)… and wanting to go slower on the swings. You love being outside and exploring. You are obsessed with bugs and often catch them and carry them around (especially roly polies). You are very social and outgoing.  You make friends easily and the teachers say you are very caring to your friends ay school. You are also caring with mommy, daddy and Ruby Rae.  Daddy was sick and you were offering him lots of things to help him feel better.   You are also rough at times and have been struggling with being gentle with your sister. You are incredibly smart and an amazing negotiator. Bedtime is taking us an hour these days because of your impressive negotiation skills;) You are also quite particular right now… recently you decided you wanted things flat so you laid all of your swim clothes outside your door and for several days ironed them with a rolling pin. Your language is getting more complex,  you are incredibly verbal!  You are still wearing diapers,  but can go full days in underwear without an accident.  You are definitely in a “testing” phase and are finding the limits.  It’s tough because through this process we are also learning the limits.  You and your sister are such incredible teachers for us!  We love you.

Ruby Rae had started to get quite the vocabulary.  She says hot, up, baby,  mama,  dada, Bepy (bentley), hi, hi there, bye bye, night night, ball, more (with the sign), Abigail, Liz, book, cracker, whoa, uh oh!, cheese, shoes

You are so interactive you understand so much of what we say to you and can follow complex directions ! You have started to get a sense of humor and will blow on mama’s arms or belly and then giggle. You  are very into books and love to be read to. You will bring them over and sit in our laps.  Your temperament is very sweet and easy going and also independent and adventurous.  You are loving and friendly, always hugging Bentley, mommy, daddy and Grayson.  You wave and say hello to everyone.  You love to watch your brother and often just walk up and kiss our hug him. You are such a joy!

Mommy: Grayson, if you want to watch the fireworks,  you have to behave.
G: Mommy,  I am have!

Mommy: Grayson, can you let the roly polies go back to be with their families? G: I am their family!

G: mama,  Ruby Rae is my best friend.
